Personal Training
Individualized coaching tailored to client-specific goals. Charlie designs a system of growth for the client in a more personable setting. The Personal Training option cultivates CTS’s core values in an one-on-one environment.
Group Training
Tailored coaching in a team environment. Group training provides a community style training approach, while still getting intentional coaching from Charlie. Whether the client is hopping into the group solo; or bringing a group of friends - work hard with others by your side.
Hybrid Programming
Our Hybrid option allows clients to train in-person, while also engaging in CTS’s Online Programming platform.
Online Programming
Take the coaching from in-person training to wherever you go. This option provides a remote way to achieve the clients goals without coming into the gym. CTS uses a mobile platform that provides the client with full programming consisting of exercise selection, demo videos, frequency, as well as virtual training options.
