Meet Charlie Clay
Charlie has been working in the health and wellness space for over 5 years. He has worked with populations ranging from youth sports, to recreational athletes, to collegiate level athletes (Divisions I, II, II) to professional athletes. Charlie studied Exercise Science at Springfield College and has certifications from accredited organizations such as CFSC, Precision Nutrition, and TPI. His experience and passion as a lifelong athlete and college basketball player who worked every day for success on the court drives his desire to help others with their own goals and overall wellness. Charlie’s philosophy incorporates the art of belief to drive wellness changes through exercise. At CTS, Charlie builds a personalized system for his clients to drive lasting positive change. He believes that community, preparation, and discipline are the main drivers in breeding success. In his free time, Charlie enjoys time with family and friends and spending time on the golf course.
